FAQ

What is included with the boat when you buy it? The standard equipment includes everything you need to operate the boat, on-board charger, propulsion, steering. After buying the boat you only need to take care of the shore power supply with 380 V voltage.
What is the warranty period for the boat? We provide warranty on the battery packs and the boat hull separately. The warranty on the boat hull is 5 years. The warranty on the battery packs is 3 years, provided the rules of operation are observed.
What maximum speed can your boats do? Our hybrid boat can accelerate up to 100 km/h, our boat "ElKat-9000" is a low-speed cruising boat and its maximum speed range is 25 km/h.
Where is maintenance carried out? Our boats are designed in such a way that maintenance is kept to a minimum. As for the maintenance of the main systems of the boat, they can be serviced at any specialized workshop. The high voltage system can only be serviced by us. This system, however, does not require maintenance, it may only require attention in case of breakdowns or malfunctions.
What is the cost of maintenance? Not more than 20-30,000 roubles per season.
Can I buy the boat on credit? Yes, we provide credit and leasing instruments.
How much will it cost per year to maintain a boat, and is it more economical than maintaining a boat with an internal combustion engine? It is true that each person uses a boat according to their own rhythm of life. If we compare it to the average boat operation, the savings on fuel and spare parts are 50%.
How do I know which model will suit me? Come to us for a test drive and you will see for yourself what kind of style you prefer - relaxed cruising with plenty of space or the speed and the drive of a hybrid boat.
Battery warranty period We offer a warranty period of 3 years provided that the operating rules are observed.
What type of batteries do you use and what is their duty cycle? We use second generation iron phosphate batteries with the number of charge-discharge cycles of over 4000 times.
How do you maintain the operating temperature of the battery, avoiding overheating or overcooling? There is a special system that monitors these processes and keeps them under control.
How is charging done? Our boats are fully self-contained and do not require a shoreside charging station, all you need is a 380V shore power supply.
What is the length of the charging cable? It depends on the customer's request. The standard length is 2.5 meters. The maximum length can be of up to 4 meters (length is limited by conductor losses in the wires).
How long does it take to charge the battery? On average, charging the battery to 100% takes at least 4 hours.
Where can I charge the battery? Any parking space will do where there is a shore socket with 380 V power supply.
How much lower is the percentage of gas emissions compared to other types of engines? 79 percent less than a standard boat.
How efficient is an electric motor? The efficiency of electric motors is many times higher than conventional internal combustion engines (by 30-47%), the motors we use on our boats achieve 98% efficiency.
Can you charge the boat with a solar panel? You can, but it will increase the price of the boat and it will require at least several very sunny days to charge it.
